Room 302 had no view and lacked basic ventilation, contributing to a stuffy environment. The bathroom needed attention, with areas showing clear signs of wear and tear. I encountered a serious issue when I had to drag my heavy suitcase up to the 6th floor due to the lack of an elevator, which is definitely not ideal. remnants of previous guests—like dirty towels—didn't add to the comfort.

Friendly staff in vibrant surroundings

The staff were exceptionally friendly, greeting us with warm smiles every day. Our large room had a charming balcony where we savor our morning coffee while taking in the lively ambiance of the Old Quarter.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't very effective on warmer days, leading to some uncomfortable nights. It made our sleep less restful than we had hoped for.

The hotel offered a fantastic location for exploring, yet the

room, while spacious and quiet, felt somewhat dated. I appreciated the attentive staff who helped arrange our excursions, but I found the breakfast options a bit limited. The balcony was a lovely touch, perfect for enjoying early morning coffee.

Had a decent stay, but the mattress was hard as, and the bath needed sealing. On the plus side, staff were super friendly!

i had a great stay at lucky 2 hotel & travel. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old quarter. i could easily find cafes, restaurants, and shops for silk clothing and lacquerware. the room was lovely, and the service was excellent, making it a memorable trip.
