Room 302 had no view and lacked basic ventilation, contributing to a stuffy environment. The bathroom needed attention, with areas showing clear signs of wear and tear. Remnants of previous guests-like dirty towels-didn't add to the comfort.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a great area, right by good restaurants, lake and attractions, and Hoan Kiem Lake and night market. Spotless room with comfy beds, I had a fairly nice stay. A hairdryer, a bidet, and a shower cap were available there...

Friendly staff in vibrant surroundings
The staff were friendly, greeting us with warm smiles every day. Our large room had a charming balcony where we savor our morning coffee while taking in the lively ambiance of the Old Quarter.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't very effective on warmer days, leading to some uncomfortable nights. It made our sleep less restful than we had hoped for.
